She was born on December 13, 1980. She holds a degree in Sports and Physical Education from FCDEF-UP, a Master’s degree in sports management from FADEUP. She has been teaching Physical Education for 15 years, in various degrees of education. She teaches in senior universities and pedagogical experience in adapted sports. She has training in first aid. She is passionate about outdoor activities to live air, where kayak practice stands out, being one of our female guides.
